The Client Rewards Program is a new initiative from Affordable Property Investments designed to provide us with the opportunity to thank our clients who have made a positive change to their financial future and also shared their experience with family and friends.

The Rewards Program is available to all clients of Affordable Property Investments.

The rewards program is tiered based on the number of referrals provided:

• One complete referral: $500 cheque or a $500 Coles Myer Gift Card
• Two complete referrals : $1000 cheque or a $1000 Coles Myer Gift Card
• Three complete referrals: $1500 cheque or a $1500 Coles Myer Gift Card
• Four complete referrals: $2000 cheque or a $2000 Coles Myer Gift Card

The Rewards Program will be subject to the terms and conditions provided below.

Client Rewards Program
Terms And Conditions
1. Affordable Property Investments reserve the rights at all times to make any changes to the Client Rewards Program, the Terms and Conditions, and the incentives offered.
2. The Client Rewards Program is open to clients from Affordable Property Investments who wish to refer friends or family to our business and it’s services.
3. A Client is deemed as an individual or couple who has used or are using the products and services offered by Affordable property Investments.
4. A Client is eligible to receive rewards from the program if and when the following has been completed:
a) The Client has used one or more of Affordable Property Investments products and services or settled their investment property with Affordable Property Investments.
b) The referred Client utilises an Affordable property Investments product or service, or settles their investment property with Affordable Property Investments.
PLEASE NOTE: The cheque or gift card (whichever you select) will only be disbursed to you, the Client, if and when the Referred Client
SETTLES on the property and/or land if applicable.
5. The Coles Myer Gift Card is available for use in Coles, Myer, K-Mart, Target, Liquorland and Officeworks
6. The Gift Card will not be redeemable for cash
7. The Gift Card will have a 12 month expiry date from the date of issue
